Positive: Very helpful and pleasant host. Great restaurants and sights to explore.
Negative: All good! Photos are a bit dark and dated. Much brighter and cheerier than depicted. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house.

Positive: Maria was very kind and the communication was extremely easy. The price was very good for the size of the accommodation. The place was exactly what we expected and in line with the description.
Negative: Soundproofing was difficult and ambient noise could be heard at times. However, for the size and the price of the property, this was fine.
Summary: Fantastic! Maria and her property are well worth a stay!

Positive: We had a choice of 3 apartments, and we choice the biggest! It was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable! It had a well equipped kitchen !
Negative: The proximity to and the sound of the main rd, meant that we didn't get a good night's sleep, but we were also awakened by the sounds of ( but no sightings!) Howler Monkeys! So can't complain about that!

Positive: First floor apartment with lovely forest views from the balcony. Large comfortable bed. Air con. Friendly and helpful host, Maria, who made breakfast for us ($6 per person) on our first morning. Good location for Sarapiqui river activities and Eco Lodges. Supermarket 80m down the road.
Negative: Kitchen equipment rather limited - only one small saucepan provided. Would be good to have a couple more pans. Noisy at night - dogs barking, TV from flat beneath, lorries.

Positive: Host was perfect, lovely traditional property in a great location for sarapiqui river activities. We'd have happily stayed longer if we had time on this trip. Great restaurant called Rusti Ticos 5 mins drive away great for a casual dinner!
Negative: A little noisy from the road, but nothing to worry about too much and a shame the fridge didn't seem to be working, but only very small things in an other wise great experience!
Summary: Lovely stay, wish we'd had longer!

Positive: We enjoyed this large appartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which external and more basic) particularly as it rained the whole day. Conmfortable space with an extra sofa, good wifi connection and a kitchen - though mising some tools.
Negative: As the owner has an external job she is not always available.
