Positive: The two hosts were ever so friendly and helpful. Fabio contacted me before the time to inform me about a bus service from the airport - easy and cheap. The main bedroom is lovely, the second bedroom is a haven for a kid as it has a very low ceiling. The kitchen ware was lovely and the kitchen stocked with essentials, we even received a bottle of complementary red wine. They have compiled a booklet with all the unesco and historical places and explained to us on the map where to visit all the places of interest. Casa Smart is close to many restaurants and tourist places and the red hop on/off bus. We had a lovely stay at Casa Smart!

Positive: The location was excellent, with very convenient transportation and easy access to the city. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and it was especially suitable for families with children. Fabio and his wife were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming hosts. They provided us with a lot of helpful information, useful recommendations, and support, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. We really appreciated their hospitality and thoughtful care. They also prepared plenty of breakfast items in the room, which was a lovely surprise and very convenient for our family. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and for helping make our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Smart Palermo and could not recommend it more. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We had coffees, milk and snacks included! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay even more convenient, especially traveling with a baby. We were pleasantly surprised that the hosts provided a baby bed and a high chair, which made a big difference for us and showed great attention to detail and care for families. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The lady gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which helped us experience Palermo in a much more authentic way. The owner also kindly assisted us with carrying our luggage, which we truly appreciated. Owners even created their own branding - Casa Smart packaging, and tourist info :) you don't see that every day. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely choose Casa Smart Palermo again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo.
Negative: Overall a fantastic stay, but just a couple of minor things to note: the Wi-Fi was a bit slower than I’m used to, and if you're on the taller side, definitely watch your head when entering the building! I managed to hit my head twice, it might be a good idea for the property to add some yellow warning signs or markings there.

Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything I might need for a two week stay provided plus many extra touches - like breakfast items and Easter eggs!! My hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The location was convenient and worked well for me.
Negative: Everything was great. The hot water and wifi were a little unpredictable but that didn’t really bother me at all.

Positive: The owner met us at the door and showed everything. The apartment is a gem, Comfy, nice bedroom, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location is perfect as the bus for airport is close, as is the center of the city and all the sights. Also, we did not have a problem to park the car nearby.
Negative: Maybe a wifi might be faster for someone, but we managed.

Positive: The hosts greeted us and gave us a personal tour of the apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated and looks beautiful. The bed is quite comfortable, and the place was incredibly clean. The hosts provided us with everything we could possibly need during our short stay: drinks in the refrigerator, pastries for breakfast, and even a bottle of wine. I will certainly rent the same apartment on my next visit to Palermo
