Positive: Calm area, spacious room, kitchen inside and outside, nice balcony, beautiful sunrises. I good workout going up via toco ( old stony road for pedestrians ) to Acireale center. Helpful and nice owners/staff.

Negative: Even if you try you can’t close the outside doors quietly, you can easily disturb your neighbors.

Summary: I like this accommodation a lot, I can easily rent this again!

Positive: close to the beach, the host was extremely friendly and helpful, there was an outdoor kichen with anespresso machine and capsules on the house, Italian essentials! And even a welcome drink in the minifridge! The flat is newly refurbished and very well kept, the bed has a good mattress.

Negative: the room was very close to the road and so it was quite noisy till about 1am, i advise earplugs
