Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and characteristic house. It has plenty of charm, yet comes with all the practical things you need for a comfortable visit. The location in the quiet countryside makes it very relaxing, while still being just a short drive from the beach. The owners are very kind and helpful as well.

Positive: The two-level apartment is finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and excellent window soundproofing (the local road is just behind the wall, however, not much traveled, and thanks to the tightness of the windows you can forget about it). The interior is cozy - in the wall niches you can place candles to emphasize the romantic mood. Even without the air conditioner on, with the shutters closed, you can feel comfortable even during the greatest heat.

Negative: There would be a maximum rating if it weren't for a few minor issues. The interior seems insufficiently lit, especially the kitchen area. The parking lot is an undefined dusty square surrounded by dry thistles, it could use better preparation (wheeled suitcases have to be carried a considerable distance in the air, unless you want them dusty), It's hard to hit the first time. No signage regarding the entrance to the parking lot. The property is located on the main road and has a direct entrance for the owners (which we mistakenly used) but access for guests is via a side gravel road. For longer stays, it would be handy to have a washing machine, but that's just nit-picking. Overall it's very good and well equipped.

Summary: A quiet, comfy apartment, right next to the best beaches on the eastern coast.

Positive: The landlady is a great and easygoing person. Communication was great, prompt, helpful, and she helped us with any inquiries we had. The environment, apartment, apartment features, and nature surrounding the farm were great, exactly as in the pictures. Lovely dogs, we have been able to pet, horses and cats on the farm, which enhances the atmosphere. The closest beach is a 4-minute drive by car, but we have been visiting mostly other beaches that are further. If you want to be located further from civilisation, this is the place to go.

Negative: Might be subjective, but pillows are a total disaster - thick and hard. We slept without them at the end of the day, so nights were not very comfortable. Some of the items, like the clothes dryer stand, the wifi password, instructions on where we can find the washing machine, etc. Instructions in general were missed. It could have been prepared in advance.

Positive: Sonia is a super friendly and a very sweet host. Dogs, cats and horses on the premises, my daughter was in heaven being able to interact with 🥰. Wonderful and tasteful interior with complete kitchen.

Negative: It’s a bit hard to find.
