Positive: Very well located near to the Central Market, the Duomo and central shopping and restaurants. Although it was on the third floor access was easy and it was quiet.

Negative: No facilities for eating though coffee bars and cafes near at hand

Positive: I liked the room, it was cozy and comfortable for two people, I also liked the fact that it was not dark. The location was very good, to the center and above the Mercato Centrale.

Negative: First, I would say is that I sent an email a little bit before the check in if we can go at that time (around 3:30/ check-in time was 4) and I never got a response. Everything was good at the end with the check in time. But i would suggest that there is a more direct way of contacting the owner, like messages. Secondly, at some point we ran out of toilet paper so I would suggest that there is a place that we can take one or two pieces if we ran out.

Positive: There was no breakfast; it was self-catering. The apartment had all the necessary equipment if you wanted to cook. The bedroom and the bathroom had the only source of natural light in the apartment, making the lounge dull. The apartment was spotlessly clean as were all equipment.

Negative: Through no fault of the proprietor, there were a lot of stairs leading up to the apartment, so it would not be suitable for very elderly or disabled people. Also there was central heating in the apartment but unfortunately, no instructions, so it was cold at night. There was no towels for drying plates, glasses, etc etc. There were big bags of dirty linen on the stairs most days, making it awkward to pass with any shopping or suitcases.

Summary: Nice pleasant apartment in the centre of the city.
