Positive: This place was truly extra special, one of the most memorable stays we have had. The host was unbelievably kind and warm, it genuinely felt like a home away from home. She went above and beyond in every way, cooking us a perfect dinner and constantly making sure we were comfortable and looked after. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the secure garage parking was ideal for our motorbikes.

Negative: There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect, from the hospitality to the setting and overall experience. It is very rare to feel so well looked after.

Summary: Exceptional stay, incredible host, stunning setting, and perfect for motorcyclists.

Positive: Lovely quiet and convenient location on the old road to the Alta de Belate. Food drink staff and ambience are all excellent. It deserves more than a one night stay.

Negative: The floor tiles adjacent to the shower tray are dangerously slippery. I am an agile fit cyclist a I managed to fall over, and I have never fallen in a shower before. There needs to be a non- slip mat at least. I suspect the row of tiles on the floor are wall rather than floor tiles. I also suspect that the problem was known to the management and other people have fallen over. This could be serious for an old or frail guest.

Summary: Shower tiles dangerously slippery, being wall rather than floor tiles. Please get a non-slip mat
