Casa Rural Colmenarejo is located in an irrigated farm. The house has been renovated, an old stone building, used for the drying of pepper and a portal with two heights to hang the tobacco. The structure of the building is in the traditional style of La Vera, with ordinary masonry walls around its perimeter,
and cover is made of wood and Arabic tiles.
THE REHABILITIZED BUILDING:
The interior of the building has been emptied internally, maintaining the perimeter masonry walls throughout the ground floor, with opening holes for lights and ventilation of the different rooms. The constructed area is 460.00 m / 2.
It is located in the Finca de Colmenarejo, in the municipality of Cuacos de Yuste. The farm is irrigated, and is located on a plain next to Arroyo de la Aliseda.

Summary: Hola!! Pocas veces dejo opinión en los alojamientos que voy, pero esta vez la ocasión la merece. Este fin de semana pasado nos juntamos nada menos que 15 amig@s, y como punto de encuentro decidimos Cuacos porque veníamos de varios puntos de España... La casa está perfecta para tanta gente, cada pareja tiene su habitación perfectamente equipada y con su cuarto de baño completo, la cocina es enorme y también equipada tanto con electrodomésticos como lavavajillas y frigorífico además de contar con una cocina industrial para asar si coincide la estancia con épocas en la que no se puede usar la barbacoa. El salón también es perfecto para tantas personas, contando además con aseos de señoras y caballeros, y finalmente la piscina está fenomenal. La verdad que me vengo muy contenta porque con todos los que hemos sido, ha estado perfecto!! Un saludo Cristina

Summary: Hemos estado 8 noches durante la Semana Santa 17 personas. La casa tiene un salón enorme muy agradable con una fantástica chimenea y varias mesas donde se puede uno distribuir fácilmente. Las habitaciones son amplias, disponen todas de baño propio y calefacción que funciona perfectamente. Al llegar tuvimos un problema con el menaje de la cocina, pero los dueños lo solucionaron inmediatamente. La casa está situada en una finca preciosa donde se pueden dar largos paseos y la zona de la Vera está llena de preciosos sitios que visitar. Muy aconsejable, mucho mejor que en las fotos.

Summary: Un paraje increible de la casa ¿que decir? enorme para grupos como el nuestro lo mejor de lo mejor, amplitud, limpieza, comodidad.. mas no se puede pedir y el entorno fantastico a pesar de no haber llovido, en primavera tiene que ser una pasada, en fin darle las gracias a Emilio y recomendarla para el que quira disfrutar de naturaleza y tranquilidad
