Positive: Absolutely great place to stay. We could not imagine better place. Beach and sea within minute of walk. Coffee, restaurants, bars and shops within minute of walk as well. Vila has everything and even more. We relaxed around Vila’s pool, swimming in the sea, having great nights in local restaurants, and visiting other beautiful places at island. Both owners and agency people took care of everything and if needed to recommend, book or organise literally anything they did it in no time. Owner’s’ friendliness made us feel like home. And extremely nice present like fresh fruit, nice bottle of wine and much more as welcome gift was just ice on the cake.

Summary: 10/10 is underestimated. It is category on it’s own.

Positive: Beautiful villa only a year old and looks just like the pictures. It belongs to Anna & George who greeted us on arrival and they provided us with their homemade Raki, wine, olive oil and vinegar, which was a lovely touch. Anna was available on WhatsApp with any questions I had, and she recommended various tavernas to eat at. We stayed as a family with a 11 month old and Anna & George provided a baby bath, toys, high chair etc. The villa is also ran by a travel agent called etori, they can sort out activities, transfers however it is cheaper to just walk down the street to get a taxi. Taxi to the old town is about 10 euros. We had a lovely holiday here and would highly recommended it.

Positive: We have just returned from a wonderful week at Casa Rizzato, a family of 3 and an 8th month old. The host Anna was there to greet us on arrival and showed us around the villa and outside area. The whole place is spotless and very comfortable. The fridge was full of essentials including water, wine and beer plus a basket of fruit and other extras. The villa is very close to local restaurants, shops and the beach. Anna and George were really friendly and accommodating and recommended various restaurants and places of interest to us. We absolutely loved Casa Rizzato and would not hesitate in recommending it. Thank you so much.

Positive: This was a 5 star experience. We received the warmest welcome apon arrival from our host, thank you Anna and George. The attention to detail is second to none, from welcome goodies(authentic Greek olive oil/wine), snacks in the fridge, stunning interiors. WOW. We traveled with a young baby and they had everything pre prepared, excellent high chair/cot, Childs bath, milk in the fridge.. it blew my mind! So appreciated. Whilst the area is quiet and car ride into Rethymno (ten mins).. the villa itself is a destination vacation. Everything is emmaculate, super modern, secure, fabulous spacious outdoor area to BBQ, swim, chill, listen to music etc. Ideal for families and couples! Lovely little village nearby for baked goods, coffee, local Greek food etc. Beach 150mtrs away too! What more good you ask for!! Definitely somewhere I would love to return to.
