Positive: Design of the flat, quality of the products and furniture.

Negative: Second floor and no elevator. If you have heavy luggue, keep in mind! After 22:00, radiator stops heating until 07:00. Same thing happened before in Milan and Turin in December

Positive: This was the most comfortable stay! Highly recommend!! The host greeted us and introduced us to the facilities. The place was very clean, everything looked brand new. Location was relatively central and easy to get to. I have no complaints about this place at all. Lovely beautiful apartment

Positive: This was the cleanest apartment I've ever seen! Despite arriving late due to Trenitalia Roberto waited to meet us. Such an excellent and attentive host. We loved this apartment.

Negative: Only minor quibble was no table to eat, just breakfast seats which were uncomfortable for long periods e.g. watching TV. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the main centre where the Savoy palace is located.

Positive: Roberto is a very meticulous guy and this is reflected in the apartment he offers. We thought we would find it clean, but everything is spotless! It delivers absolutely everything it promises. He was waiting for us on arrival and gave us all the explanations we needed. You have at your disposal all the necessary tools for one or six nights as we stayed. Everything looks like new. The apartment is tastefully decorated and Roberto paid attention to every detail. You rarely find something like this, even in hotels with pretensions. The air conditioning works flawlessly, as do the appliances and TVs. Very beautiful city, full of culture and history. Means of transport at hand, but also the possibility to travel on foot. Supermarkets are close by. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Negative: There is nothing we didn't like!

Summary: We thought we were clean, but Roberto beat us to the cleaners! Complete leave!

Positive: Very thoughtful equipped with full kitchen. Cute little balcony and perfect ice cream on the opposite site of the street :)

Negative: The only tiny negative aspect was the plastic foil on the surfaces, that made it look a little cheap while the quality of the interior was actually very nice.

Positive: The property was clean, modern, good-looking, and exceptional. The owner was very nice and gave us a tour of the apartment. The property exceeded my expectations because it came with all the possible utensils and basic needs. There were even herbs and seasoning so there was no need to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. The location is superb as you can get to the city by foot very quickly and there is a large supermarket just around the corner. The place was clean, bright, and has a quaint cute balcony. The TV in the bedroom was huge and the netflix available was a very awesome touch! The property has absolutely anything you would need including AC and washing machines. I cannot recommend it enough and is 100% worth it!

Negative: The only suggestion I have is that the toilet paper ran out quickly for a 5 day stay, so we had to buy more. Also, even though the lamps next to the bed look nice, the bedside table is very small so not enough space to put things.

Positive: Beautifully fitted out, beautifully decorated and fantastically clean. Lovely apartment which was very well appointed.

Negative: In the bedroom there were no dark curtains or blinds to stop the bright artificially light at night. Consequently, very broken sleep. Shame.
