This detached holiday home offers your family the possibility of spending some relaxing holidays, as it can accommodate up to five people. Its private pool, together with the Balinese bed, will become the perfect place for disconnecting and soaking up the quiet atmosphere of its 2-hectare plot with holm oaks and carob trees.
Inside, the house is rustic and welcoming. Out of the three bedrooms, two are equipped with one double bed, and one features three single beds. The living space welcomes a dining-living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.

The living room opens onto the outdoor area, where a pergola with a summer kitchen and a BBQ is located. In front of it, the private pool ideal for refreshing, near which a shaded chill-out space lets the whole family gather and enjoy the ambience. Surrounding the pool, there are several parasols, sun loungers and the marvellous Balinese bed. Children can also enjoy the playground area and the ping-pong table.

Summary: Si quieres desconectar del estrés de vida diario no hay mejor lugar para relajarte y pasar una días alejados del bullicio que esta casa. Su exterior está lleno de encanto y múltiples posibilidades parfa disfrutar

Summary: De buitenruimte rond het huis is fijn met allerlei plekjes in de zon of in de schaduw en met zwembad. Er zijn geen buren behoudens landerijen met schuurtjes. Voor kleine kinderen is het een speelparadijs, waarbij zelf van de grote rotsheuvel om het woonterrein heen gebruik kan worden gemaakt. De livingroom is klein en eenvoudig met slechts een bank en een eettafel + aanrecht. De eigenaar Santiago komt elke twee à drie dagen om het zwembad schoon te maken en zijn moestuin te verzorgen. Hij is zeer hulpvaardig. De korte, half verharde weg ligt dichtbij het dorp Alpandeire (20 min. rijden van Ronda). Het dorp heeft een zeer klein winkeltje en twee restaurants/hotel die alleen in het hoogseizoen vaker open zijn. Vooral de stilte en de afzondering hebben wij zeer gewaardeerd. Er zijn direct vanaf de woning slechts een paar wandelroutes (GR) beschikbaar.

Summary: Heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad. Zeer mooie rustige ligging met alle privacy. De zeer sympatieke eigenaar Santiago komt af en toe de planten water geven, maar geeft ook zeer nuttige tips over te ondernemen dingen, avontuurlijke wandelingen, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Het zwembad is fantastisch. Het huisje is eenvoudig en niet heel groot, maar alles zit erop en eraan. We konden ter plaatse gelukkig nog een paar dagen bijboeken! We komen snel een keertje terug.

Summary: Our holiday was a success and this was partly due to the fantastic house with a pool and lots of privacy. But also by Santiago: a good and very friendly host who gave us valuable tips and leaded us through Ronda as a guide to attractions. He and his wife made sure that everything in the house, the terrain and the pool is very neatly and clean. And you can freely eat vegetables from the garden (huerta). Tips: EAT La Casa Grande in Alpandeire: not super cheap, but delicious and refined. And…. at walking distance. Bodega San Francisco in Ronda (just outside the ancient city gate: good food, low prices, nice spot. Sometimes all tables are occupied. Restaurante Las Banderas roadside Ronda - Benoajan, 2 km before Benoajan: authentic family company, good food, low prices, friendly service The best sangria ever !! Handwritten bill by 'papa'. SIGHTS Granada Alhambra: Worth it! We had not booked in advance and therefore had no access to Palacios Nazaries, but that is only 5% of the whole. The tickets will then cost half the price of full access… Ronda: lots to see. Some museums are free one day a week open, but the next week may again another day or another museum. Ask at reception of the museum worthwhile. Very nice is a guided tour through Santiago. Price included! Only give him a Coke after the walk. Setenil de las Bodegas: here the houses are built under and in the rocks. Park the car outside the city center, the streets are very narrow! Sevilla: old center with many attractions. Park your car outside the city, with the Metro you step out right in the center. Ask Santiago details about parking. Cádiz: beautiful coastal town, nice parks with tropical vegetation. Gibraltar: a ‘must seen’. Park your car still in Spain, near the McD. Go walking across the border (don’t forget your passport!!) and take the regular bus to the center for a few euro’s. That’s the simplest and cheapest way. For a total package including cable car and museums you have to pay ten times more. Bus stands about 100 m. behind the border-office.

Summary: La casa esta genial, Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar una estancia perfecta. no le falta un detalle. Lo mejor la parcela con los senderos y tanta naturaleza. Esta muy cerca del pueblo pero alejada, es perfecta para niños.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful house. The pool is a great size and the house was perfect for the four for us but it could easily host a larger family. Set in its own grounds it's brilliant for a nice relaxing holiday. Ronda is a great place, loads to see and do in & around the town. The house is set up great for kids, loads of lovely touches to make it a special place and lots to explore in the grounds. The twenty minute journey from Ronda to Alpandeire has some fantastic views. Santiago is the perfect host - a lovely guy. Always happy to help if required and he went as far as tour guiding us around the area a couple of times. It was a great privilege to be able to help ourselves to the organic vegetables from the house gardens. Great value for money, we would highly recommend this quirky house.

Summary: We really loved our stay at this beautiful rural house! We enjoyed swimming in the pool durimg bthe hottest days and we felt very confortable in the house, since it resulted perfect for the number of guests. The place is brilliant for a nice and relaxing holiday, but from there we could also explore this beautiful area. We went to visit Ronda, it is a great place, very interesting and authentic with a lot of things to do around the town. The twenty minute journey from Ronda to Alpandeire has also a beautiful views. We went with the family and children: the house is set up great for kids, and they loved our stay a lot. Santiago is the perfect host, lovely, kind and helpful. He was always happy to help us when we need it and he gave us also many advices about what to see and what to do in the area. It was a great privilege to taste the organic vegetables from the house gardens, they were delicious. We would highly recommend this holidays home.

Summary: The villa absolutely deserves a 5 star review, as its kind owner Santiago! The place is perfect to stay, it is located just outside of the village of Alpandeire and just 25 minutes from the beautiful city of Ronda if you want do go for a trip. Everything was fine, the house was very clean, and our children loved the place since there are many differents little spots to play and toys. Santiago has been very welcoming and also an amazing guide, he suggested us many amazing places and activities for our stay. We enjoyed our time outdoor, swimming in the pool and spending time in the garden, which gave us fresh fruits and vegetables. Absolutely recommended, we will come back again!

Summary: Amazing holidays!! Our holiday was a success and the holiday home we rent was great, with a private pool and lots of privacy. We had such a great time there. The owner Santiago has been a good and very friendly host! He gave us useful tips and advices to visit the beautiful city of Ronda. Everything in the house was clean and neatly. We also could taste vegetables and products from the garden and they were absolutely delicious. We had the opportunity to visit a lot of places of the region and we tryed lots of typical restaurants another museum. We absolutely recommend this location to spend holidays!

Summary: We loved our three-week stay at this beautiful Villa. Although we have holidayed in Spain several times, this was our first holiday - and first visit - in the Ronda area, and we had a great time. We were looking for a tranquil, relaxing country house with pool, privacy, and views, and this house provided all of this and more.... The house is just a short 300m walk from the village of Alpandeire, and has a great pool, wi-fi, fruit and vegetables orchard, very good inside and outside kitchens, and all the necessary resources and facilities for a relaxing, happy stay. Although close enough to walk to the village, the house and gardens are not overlooked at all, and offers great peace and privacy. Owner Santiago visits every 2-3 days to clean the pool, water the fruit and vegetable garden, and generally maintain the external area of the house and grounds, and is otherwise available via email or phone for any questions or potential difficulties. Santiago speaks some English, and we felt very able to converse using some English, a few basic Spanish words, and Santiago's phone app translator. I greatly enjoyed speaking with Santiago, and he is very willing to help and assist in any and every way. Santiago was born about 25km from Alpandeire, and knows 'everything' about the local area through his personal and working experiences. He is very willing to advise on anything about the countryside around the house, or the Ronda area, or the wider province. He can advise on places to visit, restaurants, etc... Santiago positively encourages guests to pick and eat the vegetables, herbs and fruits that grow in the gardens, including cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, onions, tomatoes, raspberries, lemons, limes, mint, etc etc... The local village - Alpandeire - has a bakery, a small general shop, and 2-3 bars. Many of the local villages are similar to Alpandeire, and all look beautiful in the mountainous environment. Most of the local villages have at least a couple of bars / restaurants, and the blue-washed 'Smurf' village of Juzcar is just 6km away. The larger town of Ronda is about 20km away, and this is where we shopped in supermarkets. Ronda is also a beautiful, historic town to visit for it's history, culture and amazing scenery. Although we ourselves spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, or walking or running in the local hills, or driving to the surrounding villages / Ronda, the coast and cities like Granada, Malaga, and Sevilla are not
