Positive: Casa Pinhão is nicely styled. It’s bright, clean and modern with comfy beds.

Negative: Although well-equipped, there’s limited surface to prepare food if you’re self-catering. Also, worth being aware there’s no oven.

Summary: The beaches around Sesimbra are beautiful and Casa Pinhao was comfy to return to.

Positive: We had a wonderful vacation in Casa Pinhao. It was our home away from home for almost three weeks, as we were looking for a place to relax and do small day activities exploring the beautiful area of Sesimbra and the Arrabida park. And it excedeed our expectations. The house is very comfortable, perfect for a young family. Our 2 year old daughter loved her room and Susana, the host, was so kind. She prepared a box full of toys for her to play, and placed a fence so she would not fall from the bed. The beds are super comfy, and the whole house is decorated with taste. There is airco, and the thick walls keep the house nice and cool. The outdoor area with the pool was fantastic, we enjoyed it a lot! Susana was a great host, she was super responsive and helpful. Any small isssues that we encounter she would resolve immediately and effectively. We did not meet personally but communication was perfect. She also shared lot's of helpful information and recommendations! I would definetely recommend the house to any young family looking for a perfect base to enjoy this part of Portugal.

Negative: We actually liked everything! Maybe good to know that having a car is highly recommended. There is a bus service, but you always have more flexibily, as beaches, supermarkets and Sesimbra are ~10min drive. The address in Booking.com leads you to the wrong location, as there are two streets with the same name in the town! Always follow the link shared by Susana. Cleaning was not included during the stay. It can be organized, but it costs €80 extra. We decided to do it ourselves.

Positive: Everything was great. The interior is minimalist, stylish and looks exactly like the photo. The small pool and courtyard are also great for spending the day. There is everything for the kitchen and barbecue. The hosts even took care of ice for drinks and board games for children. We liked it very much)

Positive: It's a relaxing town away a little from the city, amazing for getaway. the place was also pretty hooked up in everything a family would need to cook and have a little BBQ as well. The pool addition was lovely experience to our baby boy.

Negative: Nothing, everything worked so well tbh.

Positive: The house is small but cozy, well equiped and we had a very pleasant stay. Susana, the owner was very helpful and she was pending on us and keeping an eye on every single detail in order for us to have a magnificent stay.
