Positive: The place is perfect in all senses. It is 20 meters from the center of Altea (it's church), but on a silent and cosy street. It is 10 minutes from the beach, which is clean, pleasant, with lots of cafes and restaurants. Surrounded with beautiful streets, flowers, palms. Esthetically it is 30 points out of 10. The house is also very cosy, with all needed gadgets, spacious, with a beautiful view from the third floor. Beds were great, the kitchen was great, everything was great :) The owners and managers are very pleasant, giving all needed things and reacting in 2 minutes. We were happy to be their guests.

Negative: Just to say something, watch your toes in the shower, there is a sharp edge, not seen for the first time ;)

Positive: The house is located right near the church in the centre of Altea Old Town. The old town is beautiful and you have an amazing choice of restaurants nearby. The beach is a short walk and you can swim in the warm and clear sea. You will have a longer walk home as you walk up the steps enjoying the scenery. If you have a car you can travel around the area, we went to Calpe, which has a lovely beach. You can see flamingos on the salt marsh there. We also visited Benidorm which has an amazing sandy beach. The house is very nicely decorated and you will have every convenience, even a kettle. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can cook if you want. Beds are comfortable and there are three showers so it's perfect if you have multiple adults. The owners are very nice, helpful and considerate, they even let us use their beach chairs and parasols. They also speak English which is helpful if you only have limited Spanish.

Negative: We didn't want to go home. We liked everything.
