Positive: First time in galveston. Loved how close it was to the beach.

Negative: Couldn't get the other 2 test to work or the dryer wouldn't fully dry. However we didn't spend my time there. We were out and about but it was an Incredible stay

Positive: Location. Proximity to beach. Lots of room. Two decks. Lots of silverware, dishes. Enjoyed property. Good value. Lots of space.

Negative: Couch was not cleaned. Dirt and crumbs below cushions. Needed vacuuming. Chair and ottoman need shampooing. Bathroom near kitchen needs new shower curtain. Mildew. Hair in tub, not cleaned well. Needed more wash clothes. Only two in each bathroom.There were 7 people. We stayed 2 days. Vents need painting. Rusted. Air return vents also. Rust is not what I wanna see when I walk into a place.

Negative: No coffee pot. Only a keurig, which is fine for single servings but not for making larger batches

Positive: Loved the location and walkability to the beach. Some of the beach items were a little worn but still functional. Left a giant canopy for the next guests since the umbrella that was given to us was too small and flimsy

Negative: A couple things need addressed by the owners like the subfloor in the master bedroom (one section is completely rotted and likely to collapse soon), the dishwasher was covered in mold and made 2 of our guests very sick at the end of our trip (even after we cleaned the racks inside), the dryer does not work as the exhaust vents are jam packed with lint, and the main living room TV does not work and cannot connect to wifi anymore so we had to buy our own amazon stick to watch anything.

Negative: The only issue with this stay was the stairs were a little worn out and the upstairs stayed pretty warm!
