Positive: We had the two bedroom apartment (no living room) on the top floor. It has been thoughtfully put together with nods to its Saxon heritage. The weather was glorious so we sat out on the covered terrace a lot and used the lovely garden and covered barn area. The shared kitchen (underneath on the ground floor) was beautifully cool and dark and has enough equipment to make a simple meal. Carmen was very quick to respond when we had to ask for a corkscrew.

Negative: The showerroom is very small and tired.

Positive: The apartment is located on the first floor of a fully renovated Saxon house, and it contains two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that is separated from the apartment and is located on the mezzanine of the house, having a separate entrance. The owner was very responsive, the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Positive: It was nice that the whole property is usable for the guests, including the barn and garden. Everything is beautifully restored, a real eye catcher! It was clean and functional furnished and the location was nice (only if you have a car though). It's a nice starting point for hikes.

Negative: It was a bit sad, that only one of the two bedrooms had an AC installed, the other room was pretty hot the whole time, because there are not big enough windows to properly ventilate the room. Also it was a bummer, that we couldn't park our car on the property, because especially on the weekends, the parking spaces in front of the house where occupied from other cars.

Negative: there were road works near the property so difficult to arrive there

Positive: A pleasant vacation in an old, tastefully renovated Saxon-style house. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. Possibility to have breakfast on the terrace or in the grill house. Fast wifi in the rooms and in the outdoor area.
