Positive: New, comfortable, and elegant villa. Very clean and functional condo with pool, tennis court, and playgrounds in area. Great AC in every rooms. Leyla was very responsive and helpful host. Easy location by car just out of city along the highway.
Negative: Construction work right next to windows created terrible noise starting 6 am. Property had other attached apartment. Internet connection hickups too often. Quite few cutlery and dishes.

Positive: This home is brand new and perfect condition, everything was spotless, complementary tea, and coffee. I am also a host and this is one of the nicer places we stayed in Costa Rica. The owner was very kind and thoughtful over the phone, the construction was not loud at all. We would love to stay here again and it’s in a nice gated community. Also, they were lenient on the checkout time, which was very nice for us as it was our last day in Costa Rica and we had an evening flight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything in the house is brand-new, modern, spotless, and super comfortable. The condominium itself is gorgeous and honestly the best one in Liberia—quiet, secure, and with top-notch facilities. We slept like babies knowing we were in such a safe environment. The location is another huge win: just a few minutes from the airport (a total lifesaver after traveling), and right in the heart of Liberia. You’ve got supermarkets, banks, and restaurants all around—everything you need is close and convenient. And the hosts… truly exceptional. You can tell they care about every single detail to make your stay perfect. Great communication, thoughtful touches, and just genuinely kind people. It gives you so much confidence and peace of mind as a guest. In short: Casa Pampa became our favorite place in Liberia. Beautiful, safe, perfectly located, and hosted by amazing people. Highly, highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat. And if any friends or family visit Costa Rica, this is definitely the place we’ll tell them to book.
