Negative: When renting a house in the summer when you need air conditioning or expect higher energy consumption, find out exactly where the electricity meter is to track your electricity usage. I couldn't find it. Although the owner was really friendly and if I was determined enough I would find it. It is not in the house or on the property. In any case, the communication and friendliness of the owner are really good.
