Positive: Casa Oliva is a hidden gem! It’s beautiful! It’s away from civilization at the end of a road with an expansive view of the surrounding hills. Both the restaurant at the Albergo and the one across the parking lot had beautiful views and the food was ample and delicious.

Positive: Incredible location and lovely borgo 'Bargni'. Lovely staff. Clean rooms and the environments. AC available in the rooms.

Negative: I feel like customers mainly pay for the location, so it is very pricey. No explanation of the available services was given, so it was hard to understand what's possible to use or not (for example no explanation about the SPA was provided). I feel like the hotel would be even better with more investments to the restaurant/bar.

Positive: Breakfast is served outside on the terrace in the lovely summer weather, with great views over the Marche countryside. There is a good choice of croissants, meats, yoghurts, etc, and coffee is made to order. Case Oliva is in a beautiful location, with plenty to see and do in the area, and local restaurants (as well as the one in the hotel) to sample.

Negative: While it is lovely for families to have additional sleeping facilities on the ground floor, as well as in the bedroom above, it is a pity that there isn't any seating downstairs indoors, particularly if the guests are only using the bedroom upstairs. There is, however, seating at a small table outside each apartment, which is handy during the day.
