Positive: The greatest part of our stay was the people. The staff was really nice and welcoming and so good to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay and the kindness of everybody, it was like being at home. The hotel was also in a nice location by the mountains and really everything was nice. A special mention for Italian guests: they have bidet in their bathroom, which is great! 😄
