Summary: We decided to go on a last-minute family trip to Fredericksburg during the Easter weekend and found Eduardo‘s place.This house was such a nice retreat! Located 25 minutes away from Fredericksburg, it was at the end of Dinosaur road, which made it feel quite secluded.The property is securely gated with extensive land. Family friendly, with 2 bedrooms. I noticed that they also had extra beds stored away for additional sleeping arrangements. The owners’ attention to detail has to be commanded. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated inside and out, and useful information could be found in a neatly organized guestbook. The beds and sofa were comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, however the area surrounding it felt rather inviting. We ended up spending more time on site than we anticipated, it just felt so cozy and peaceful. Our kids and puppy were happy to run around and enjoy the outdoors. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I may suggest adding dressers for the comfort of guests who might stay longer than a weekend but other than that I would gladly recommend this property to anyone who needs to unwind and enjoy a nice vacation or time away from home.

Summary: We had an amazing time. I feel the home was actually more spacious than the pictures gave credit for so I would emphasize the large shared spaces, extremely comfy beds, lots of nice touches, excellent decor, the nice size bathrooms, and the large laundry area. Very modern, very hospitable, well appointed kitchen. One recommendation would be maybe a few more lamps for lower light. We enjoyed the nice landscaping and outdoor areas as well It was very are for my daughter who is younger than one as well. Thank you and we plan to return!!!!.
