Positive: The host is very friendly, accommodating and took care of anything that we asked for. Rooms were clean and well organized. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare food for your self. Our TV stopped working and our host went out the next day, purchased a new one and set it up for us.
Negative: No power outlet at the bed but the host gave me an extension cord and that fixed it. The area is hilly and walking to restaurants were challenging for us as we are seniors but we managed

Positive: I can easily give 10 out of 10 to Casa nel Vicolo because of many reasons! Although I had some troubles about my travel and ended up arriving so late, Chiara was always so kind and understanding which helped to ease my stress. And she welcomed me to the apartment herself. I couldn't have wished for a better host! The apartment is very spacious and more beautiful than the pictures, has everything you'll need, is in a good location and the bed is very comfortable! I wasn't there for most of the day but it was a haven to return to after a tiring day!
