Positive: The decor was Xela at its best. The beds felt amazing. The shower was a delight. And the staff members felt like helpful friends. The restaurant food was delicious.

Negative: Breakfast options were often limited, but still, they were delicious.

Summary: We would definitely choose Casa Morasan over any other hotel in Xela!

Positive: In general, the attention from all the staff is high quality. The location also is an asset.

Negative: The room is really small, don´t have enough place to work with a lap top and the worst issue is that the you have to pay an extra fee when you book through booking, so you pay more than the quantity informed previously in the confirmation mail.

Positive: Loved the location easy walking around , going to the markets the town square , and some fabulous coffee shops nearby …..Staff were great!!!! Helpful and smiling,

Negative: So cold from late afternoon to morning, lots of blankets in the bed was great but a small heater would have been wonderful in our room… .. and poor hot water … Staff were great!!!! Helpful and smiling,
