Positive: We were warmly greeted when we arrived. The proprietor personally took us up to our room and gave us a tour. He was obviously very proud of his hotel. In addition they have a 8 euro service to wash, fold and return our clothes. What a great deal. We were so delighted with the whole thing.

Positive: We would have been happy to move into this beautiful stone-walled farmhouse with its surrounding, renovated buildings. Even the reception area was beautiful and there were pilgrims sitting around on the grassed areas and wandering around the gorgeous courtyard. There is a decent sized menu for dinner, including snacks and soup/bread roll (we didn't eat as we were too exhausted). Breakfast (included in the price) was served in a magnificent restored barn and was quite delicious. There was plenty of fruit, e.g. bananas, apples and oranges, which we assumed were offered as mid-morning snacks to pilgrims.

Negative: Maybe the cat could have been a bit friendlier ... only joking! This place is amazing.

Positive: We were walking the Camino and stayed for 1 night only, but we enjoyed the stay very much. The food was great, the surroundings are spectacular and there is a huge amount of attention to details within the hotel. I would gladly come back once more!

Positive: Casa Mindela is in a beautifully restored big farmhouse only 400 meters from the Camino route. There lots of little corners to n the property to chill out. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They serve a 3 course set menu dinner. Extra tip for Camino walkers: they have a small basin outside fed by their own source with clean, cold water. Feels great to put your tired feet in there after arrival

Positive: Beautiful place and the scenery. It takes you back in time. We were able to do our washing and use dryer which was very helpful Good choice of breakfast menu. Very nice host.
