Positive: Great staff. Comfy bed. Small room but the table in the terrace served as a desk, and what a beautiful space! And they keep everything super clean. Also, it's very pretty inside. And there is a rooftop with a couple tables. One night I enjoyed a beer there. To the right I watched a firework show, to the left lightning in clouds over a volcano. Breakfast was perfect.

Negative: It's on a busy street and there's some ambient noise at times, that dissipates to very little at night...and it never bothered me. Also, I'm a white noise addict, using an app on my phone. Fireworks were the thing that woke me up, during the holidays.

Negative: There is no swimming pool, there were ants in the room, the room was dark, on some days there were issues with water, no hairdryer was provided, and the breakfast was very poor.

Negative: The hotel staff was not welcoming or friendly. They lock all entrance doors early at night without advising guests. I returned one night at around 10:00pm and did not know how to enter the hotel. The rooms lack of basic ammenities. Toiletries are of bad quality.
