Positive: The location was great with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bus stop is also only 5 minutes walk away and takes you to areas with more restaurants and the port. The view from the property of the lake and mountains is stunning from nearly all windows in the property and the garden. The outside space was lovely. The property was clean and had enough space. The owner kept in touch before the holiday, on arrival and at the end which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our stay in Alcudia and hope to come back in a few years and stay here again.

Negative: The mattresses weren't very comfortable in 2 of the bedrooms. The property is a bit tired in areas but none of these things affected our holiday.
