Positive: Casa Maria is located on a hill overlooking the most stunning view you can imagine. The host is lovely, warm and welcoming and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. I felt recharged and rested at the same time after spending two nights. We will 100% be back.

Positive: One word: Everything! First of all, our host, Madalina, was very communicative, open and helpful right from the moment I've made the reservation. I was not used to this and it surprised me, but I assure you that Madalina is fair and wants to make sure that you will have a great experience once you step her doorway. During our stay, Madalina made us feel like visiting our best friend. The atmosphere she created was cozy and enjoyable, from interactions between people, music, and comfy couches, to activities which we could do, such as playing guitar, painting, reading books from the rich library, sight seeing, camp fire, etc. I'll let you discover the rest, cause there are plenty more. ;) The beautiful and elegant interior design is the result of Madalina's talent and interest in arts. Kudos for that! The rooms are provided with big comfy beds, in which I've slept like a baby. I usually have sleep problems and wake up easily. Not the case here. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can serve on the terrace while enjoying the amazing landscapes. Multiple barbeque options are available outside. I appreciate very much Madalina's care for the environment and the surrounding resources. The view over the valley and the mountains is breath taking, inspiring, and it induces a sense of serenity. All you could wish for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The location is great for visiting the north part of Apuseni Mountains and their beautiful sights. I need to stop here with the revealing and will let Madalina share with you the fascinating stories about this wonderful place. I'd love to come back here for a longer stay, cause it filled me with good vibes and energy. Big warm hugs to you, Madalina! Thank you for everything! Keep your vibe and rock on!

Negative: The forest road that leads from the national road to the house is steep in the beginning and may be discouraging at first sight, but it is practicable by high-ground cars easily. Good part is that it is a short road. If in difficulty, Madalina is there to help and even pick you up. We've been told that there are plans to improve it, so this little minus could be history by the time you get there.

Positive: Everything. It is hard for me to think up of a thing a did not like. What you see in the photos is actually less impressive than what it was like when I had arrived. Scenery is beyond great. The host is awesome, helpful, easy to talk to and open to people. I needed some time to relax from work and in a short while I felt better. It is very quiet.
