Positive: Everything. The staff is incredible, the facilities are second to none. The view is breathtaking and the food at the restaurant is totally delicious. The pool is cold but for me it was great.

Negative: The hotel is full of nature (which is great) but there's some hour when these tiny mosquitoes will sting and you'll itch like crazy. Next time I'm bringing repellent. The restaurant menu could be a little bigger.

Positive: Everything. The staff is always on top of everything, the place is just amazing. This could be the best hotel in the eje cafetero. The rooms are well designed and the view is just amazing. The hotel contrasts with a beautiful town just a few minutes away. The attention to details is excellent.

Negative: Wouldn't change anything.
