Positive: Elegant, spacious, in nature, there’s a pool and a beautiful view. It had everything you need in the kitchen, living room, a beautiful balcony where you can see the sea and in the bathroom. It was exceptional.

Positive: Note - although we booked the studio for 4 nights we were only there for 2 nights as we were upgraded into the main house for the last 2. This was absolutely fantastic and we felt very priveleged to get the chance to stay there, but my review is only for the studio as that is what we'd paid for. The studio is well equipped and comfortable, with access to the superb garden, swimming pool and roof terrace which it shares with the main house. The view from the roof is stunning. Lovely bathroom and superb shower. Andre was friendly, responsive and helpful.

Negative: It's a studio - so there's nowhere to sit in the evening other than the bed. It's a shame there are only windows at one end so the sleeping area feels a little airless and claustrophobic, especially as this is where the bathroom is as well. The terrace outside is small and gets no sun. It feels a bit expensive for a small studio, but I guess you're paying for the whole package. Driving up there it really does feel like it's the middle of nowhere! But it's really only 10 minutes from the motorway. And the final part of the track is quite rough, but actually is fine.

Positive: This villa is super luxurious! The detail is out of this world, every need met and more. The photos are beautiful but in real life, it’s simply breathtaking! So quiet and peaceful. Undisturbed heaven! The pool is gorgeous and all the different areas to sit was great as the sun moved about! Incredible.

Positive: This house was amazing! Our family enjoyed our stay. André was an exceptional host. He made sure we felt welcomed and our stay was perfect. We were able to ask him about anything and he was quick to respond. 10 out of 10 host 10 out of 10 property! We booked through André for our boat tour for the caves and it was amazing!

Positive: The location is superb, and the apartment is beautifully arranged and decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the overall feeling of the apartment is one of coziness and warmth. It’s in a quiet, green area, very peaceful and relaxing. The host is very responsive and takes wonderful care of the guests, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Positive: It was perfect for our family with two you kids (3 and 5). The pool was gated off and the water quality was perfect. No stinging eyes after a full day of play. The private play area was a real bonus. I also loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset with the incredible view.

Positive: This is an amazing place. It has phenomenal location with a beautiful view. The room is extremely comfortable, clean and nice. I actually checked where the mattress was bought from to buy a similar one at home. The host is an amazing guy, very nice , gave us great tips about where to go and how to plan our stay. We had the time of our lives. If it is available next time I go to Portugal, I will book it for sure. It is very cheap in comparison with what it is like. Tip: your life would be much easier with a car.
