Positive: The location was excellent and the roof terrace was really nice and spacious.

Negative: Late check in and early check out, but they did allow us to arrive a bit earlier and check out a bit later (thank you). The WIFI was very weak in most of the apartment, ensure that you have data.

Summary: If we return to Playa Mogan we would definitely see if this apartment is available.

Positive: The apartments location is superb, near to everything you will need o a holiday in Mogán. If you have been to Mogán before, you will understand when I say it's only 69 steps to the roof terrace. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. It is also quiet during the day and night.

Negative: Interaction with the hosts, I should say, is blunt at best. I know properties need set rules as so many guests pass through them. However, the messages I received whilst staying their were boarding on rude. The bed and bedding were of poor quality and led to broken sleep.

Positive: Nice roof terrace with handy outdoor kitchen including dining area, sink & hob. Roof terrace has great views over Mogan. The bed was comfy but bedding could be better fit/quality. There is plenty living space generally for families. It is a lovely authentic Spanish home in old town Mogan. Brilliant air-con with impressively quiet mode for night time but only 1 remote control.

Negative: There are 36 stairs to reach the front door of building - then a further 22 stairs to apartment door & then another 16 stairs to roof terrace! Ants in both kitchen & on-suite bathroom. Noisy neighbours (including yappy dogs) from as early as 6.30am! Roof terrace is very overlooked & very close to neighbours. Needs a review of kitchen equipment/utensils - for example only 2 prep knives & need to be taken up/ down stairs as needed - not ideal - need same equipment in both kitchens. Sun beds are poor condition. Only 1 socket available in internal kitchen for kettle, toaster & microwave. Generally instructions are needed for rubbish disposal, operating of washing machine (which had black mould on rubber of door), air con & Tv/satellite box etc as there was nothing - shame.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Spacious roof terrace with great views over the beach and harbour. Ideally placed for all the delights of Puerto de Mogan.

Negative: Access by steep steps could be a challenge for some people.
