Positive: This is a beautiful, modern and well kept house with everything you may need for your stay next to the Brussels Expo. If you are looking for a place with separate rooms, this place have 4 spacious rooms, two bathrooms, a big kitchen/living room, and even a private terrace. The area seems to be quite safe, with many restaurant nearby. The Brussels Expo can be reached by foot on 25 minutes.

Negative: The appartment is located just in front of a pub. The pub is open on weekends untill very late at night and it can be heard in the rooms facing the street, especially on the lower room. If you stay during the weekend be prepared to have a noisy night.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious and the beds were nice. The balcony was very big and it was well affordable.

Negative: Bad wifi reception in the living room. The showers only had really hot water. Temperature of the water could not be controlled. We stayed during the weekend. It was very noisy outside on a saturday night. At street side it was noisy, on the other side of the apartement everything was fine.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, very safe area and quite quiet. Rooms were clean and big, the living room is confortable.The house is i 2 levels. The host waited for us. There is even a small garden. This is ideal for a group of 4 - 8 people or a big family.

Negative: The only thing that may be an annoiance is very narow and steep stairway and the shower water was a little hot.
