Positive: Casa Loredana is a very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The furniture, fixtures and appliances are modern and in excellent condition. The building is quiet - we didn't see anyone else in the 5 days we were there. A huge balcony with a washing machine is a fabulous feature and so is the free parking. The apartment is a great place to come home to after a day exploring the lovely town of Alghero or sightseeing beyond the town.

Positive: The apartment is in the perfect position for our stay in Alghero, with only a few minutes walk to the old town, and plenty of shops and cafe on the doorstep. Its is a nice modern apartment with all the mod cons and has a very large balcony with beautiful views. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and the property management people were very supportive, friendly and helpful!

Summary: We had a great time, and will surely return again.

Negative: The place inside where the table for eating is located is a little bit dark.

Positive: The apartment is beautiful, very nicely furnished and decorated, situated in a modern building with dedicated parking place. It is less than 10 minute walk from the historical center, with supermarkets and petrol stations nearby. Thumbs-up for the landlord who seemingly put a lot of effort to ensure that the apartment is top-notch. AC in all rooms and the large terrace with nice views were also a big plus.The agent was responsive and online check-in function was an efficient way to get the paperwork done. Highly recommend the place, despite the issue we had with the cleaning, which will hopefully be resolved in the future, as highlighted to the agent. Without that issue, the accomodation would deserve 10 out of 10 stars.

Negative: We had an issue with the cleaning. It seems the person who did it was doing some of the rooms nicely (bathroom and bedrooms) but probably was in a rush to finish the kitchen and living room. Food stains on kitchenware, unwashed cutleries in the dishwasher, food crumbs on the floor and sand around the dining table. We had to spend the first hour to clean these up and put most kitchenware in the dishwasher and ran a hygiene program. Once we got over this, we were absolutely satisfied and happy with the apartment.
