Positive: Cozy unit with small yard in the front. AC in all the rooms. Good usable kitchen.

Negative: Had to pay extra 50 Euro in cash for my 6 year old. Parking is too narrow and had to park on the street.

Summary: Fairly cozy two-story unit. Beware of 50 euro additional charge for child.

Positive: Big house some 2km away from Granada center. Nice to stay with a few friends or couples, there's plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners were available for questions or other matters. It was a lovely stay.

Negative: There was no big frying pan, so we had to use two tiny ones. But that's a rather minor issue.

Positive: We loved the garden with the lemon tree. We travelled with kids, so we really appreciated many toys that were available for our girls to play with. Beds were comfy and blankets were really nice and soft too. Nothing was missing in the kitchen, so we could cook anything we wanted. Fast and easy communication with a very nice and helpful host of the house. Fast check in and check out. Place to park a car, we did park even before check in time.

Negative: If your car is too big you will struggle to park inside but you can always park on the street , so it’s not a big problem.

Summary: Will definitely come back in the future!

Positive: The owner was very friendly and helpful. He let us in earlier, which was a very nice gesture. We had our own parking place in the yard of the house (locked, not in the street). The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked our own breakfast). The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. The main bathroom was clean and tidy, shower worked well.

Negative: The furniture in the sitting room were worn out. The sofa was so worn that it was hardly possible to sit on it (wan't a big problem for us, because we stayed only one night. But if you're gonna spend a little more time in here it should be annoying).
