Positive: This apartment was in the historic center, in an apartment designed to retain the historic atmosphere. It has a very large pleasant patio, half under a tall roof, with a comfortable hammock. There are interesting, historical and artistic things to look at and enjoy all over the apartment. Lots of books for a rainy day (mostly in Italian). It is fairly dark in the apartment, but the patio is very comfortable to hang out on, at tables or in the hammock. A welcome retreat from the heat in the summer I'm sure, but could be too cold in the winter. It was fine in early April. One reviewer felt the bed was very hard but I thought it was comfortable. Federica helped me check in and was very thorough and friendly.

Summary: I felt lucky to experience such a unique apartment.

Positive: Great location, old apartment nicely renovated, nice garden and close parking space. The host was very helpful.

Negative: I was surprised that for bed lining and towels a fee of extra 15 Euro /person was requested.
