Positive: Beautiful property and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Thank you to the receptionist who sent us fruit, we loved it! Although the hotel was a little farther from the downtown area, it was easy to walk or get an uber as needed. We also knew this about the hotel so it didn’t surprise or bother us. Truly loved staying at Casa Juarez!

Positive: The moment you step into Casa Juárez, you immediately feel welcome and being cared about, many thanks to the gracious hosts – but other staff members are also super attentive and friendly. We stayed in the Triple Room, which is pretty much like a little studio, with a balcony and mini-kitchen. The room was beautiful, pretty much like other rooms we had a chance to peek in, true to the photos online. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure & temperature were just right, and the umbrellas we rented on the reception helped a lot in Puebla's rainy summer. The location is perfect as well: you have plenty of Oxxos and 7-Elevens nearby, a Chedraui practically around the corner, and various local restaurants around the place. You can also get to the Zócalo and Catedral de Puebla on foot, the historical center starts pretty much on the doorstep of this beautiful house.

Negative: If you're traveling for work and need a high-speed Internet connection, it's best to consider visiting any of the nearby co-workings. The Wi-Fi here is quite sufficient for the casual web browsing though, can't complain.

Positive: It was very quiet, very elegant The aesthetics are very modern still preserving the old aesthetics of Mexican culture great staff and most of all very pet. Friendly slippers were the cherry on top along with the bathtub very relaxing. It had a romantic vibe to it, although I was by myself.

Negative: There’s not much I didn’t like except for there could’ve been maybe a security guard out front to let you in because the door is a little tricky and Mexico is not that safe regardless anywhere you go but that’s not really a complaint. It’s just a suggestion. I love the beer in the afternoon, and very helpful staff plus they do speak some English so if you are not bilingual stay here, they will be able to communicate with you
