Positive: The location was fantastic at one end of the beach with a great view overlooking the sea. It was well worth getting up early to see the beautiful sunrise. The service and communication was second to none, very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment and whole place was very clean and well maintained. There was always hot water with a good pressure shower. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of food. Would definitely come back and stay for longer!

Positive: Breakfast was second to none .. excellent. Location couldn't be bettered. Stayed two years ago and definitely rooms are needing some attention.

Negative: Nothing not to not like except decline in standard of room.

Summary: Very relaxing break . Superb breakfast. Good staff. And very calming atmosphere.

Positive: Everything!! Casa Jaali is one of the most special places I have ever stayed! From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and looked after. The view from the restaurant and from my room, room.1! is just breathtaking. You are staying in a stunning garden on the sea and the sound of the waves puts you to sleep at night! The food is incredible, great cocktails, smoothies and coffees and the staff are amazing! Great location too, quiet but close to everything you may need in Patnem. I can not recommend Casa Jaali highly enough,!

Positive: The whole property is beautifully styled with coordinating colours and stylish touches. The cottages are painted pretty colours. Big fluffy towels in the rooms. Soft bedding on the comfortable bed. Filtered water replenished as you wish and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The plants around the venue are lovingly maintained.
