Positive: When a different apartment rental canceled my reservation short notice, I had to find a place to accommodate a party of 6 fast. With less than 30 minutes notice, Casa Isabella was ready to check us inn. , clean and accommodating. Pay was easy, the location was great, the house was perfect for my weekend . I am happy to give them my business again. I would recommend if you need a place with some space and you are in Matagalpa

Positive: This was a beautiful home, renovated. It was spacious. It has 3 rooms, however only the room upstairs has an AC unit. The two rooms downstairs only have a ceiling fan. The weather is nice at night, so if it's windy it can be comfortable. It has a fridge, stove, microwave etc. We were provided with 4 water bottles in the fridge complementary which was nice. The greeting was nice and we felt at home. The area looks safe. Security guard at night on the block.

Positive: This property is gorgeous and well-designed- seems brand new. 2nd story features a sitting room off the main bedroom with a great view of the surrounding mountains. 2 bathrooms were a plus. Owners live right down the street and were available to assist as needed. This place was very luxurious compared to our other accommodations in Nicaragua. The kitchen was well equipped including a four-burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and more. Hosts left water bottles for us in the fridge.
Negative: We visited on a Saturday night and there was some noise (music and conversations) from the neighborhood into the later evening hours. It's a residential neighborhood, and people were out on their porches enjoying their evening. Both showers were equipped with water heaters, but we could only get one to provide hot water.
Summary: Wish we could have stayed longer-- we'd definitely stay again.

Positive: The house was great and even nicer than in the photos. It fit my large family of 8 perfectly. There was a 2nd living room upstairs which was perfect for when we wanted to send the kids upstairs and they could watch something and we could watch something. Was close to everything we needed with easy access to everywhere we were going. Joel was great at giving us some recommendations of sights to see while we were there and added a stop to our list of places because of this. Close to the house is a nice little river bed to walk and explore with beautiful trees and views. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Isabella 45. ♡
