Negative: The room isn't as advertised It didn't call out clearly that I wasn't paying for a house. I was only paying for 1 level of the house

Positive: The location, the outlook, the facilities and overall cleanliness

Negative: We encountered power failure upon check-in and the front desks could not really relate the situation to us but fortunately there was a male Chinese staff who was very helpful to show us the rooms as some of the rooms did not have any power . There was no room service provided. We stayed for two nights and we had to go to the front desks to collect our towels and toilet rolls

Summary: Some of the facilities in the rooms could have been better serviced and checked regularly.
