Summary: It was great! When we arrived a cake and some strawberries from there own garden where our welcome. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay, very nice pool and our dog could run for miles in the garden. We recommend this for everybody! Just do it!

Summary: Nice and clean house. The bedrooms are spacious. It easily fits a large family. The house and surroundings are very well taken care of. We enjoyed the fresh vegetables they grow in their gardens. The pool was our favourite place. Excellent view over the hills.

Summary: We enjoyed the weeks holiday we spent at Casa Gruzzelle. It is a beautiful and comfortable house, well furnished, clean, modern and quite spacious. It is set in a secluded area, on a hillside with wonderful views of the surrounding country side from the pool area. The pool is a good size and constantly maintained. The house is well located to explore the east coast of Liguria, with its beautiful beaches and little gems like Cinque Terre and Portofino not far away. In all, the place ticks all the boxes and we surely recommend it. The owners live on site, they are discreet and very helpful, and certainly made us very welcome. Thank you Marisa and Aldo, we did enjoy our stay.

Summary: We had a great week here at the beginning of August 2018. The pool is excellent and really useful when it as hot as it was for us. The house is very comfortable for 6 adults, it's well equipped (although there isn't a dishwasher) - even a table tennis table in the basement. The owners are on site in the main house (linked to the holiday annex) and have a young friendly dog. They are very welcoming and dealt with any issues we had. Access to La Spezia is quite easy but a car is essential for a relaxing holiday. The Cinque Terra are all amazing and best visited by train from La Spezia but Lerici, Tellaro and Sestri Levante are also beautiful and well worth a visit. We really liked it all.
