Positive: 2 bedroom Villa 5 minutes from airport with all that you need. Pool is a 3 minute walk and as it was raining non stop we did not use this facility but it was clean and plenty of room. Villa come equipped with all you need and host Pan supplied plenty of bottled water. Walking distance to 7/11 and some handy restaurants. Beds were comfortable and unit had air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living. Noise from traffic could be heard on occasion but quiet overnight. No airplane noise could be heard. Pan was an amazing host. Arriving to show us unit and then farewelling us on Departure.

Positive: It was our first time in Thailand and we had a great experience at Casa Gris. It’s conveniently located near 711 and a variety of restaurants. The owners were very responsive and offered fresh cookies as well as bamboo toothbrushes and bath robes to unwind after a shower. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Would highly recommend any family to stay here if they are looking for a great location and a cool experience.

Negative: There wasn’t anything I can complain about , everything went perfect and service was exceptional.

Positive: Pan, our host, was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She organised our transfer from the airport and left us homemade cookies for our arrival. Aircon was cold, plenty of water left out and access to coffee and tea. 7-11 was nearby. Great value.

Negative: I'm a bit fussy with light in bedrooms at night time and I found one of the bedrooms very bright, curtains didn't stretch across the windows and there were security lights on the outside that shone through. Otherwise everything was great, there's a pool nearby but we didn't go have a look.

Positive: The welcome we received was just wonderful. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating - letting us leave our bags at the house early. The house has everything you need, plenty of plates etc and even some for children, 2 good sized bedrooms and a cozy sofa. The home made cookies we were given were delicious and my 2 young daughters really appreciated them and the gift. The house is perfect for a stay near to the airport - a 5 min drive away. There is a 7-11 a very short walk away.

Negative: The only criticism would be the bed in the front room - it’s very hard and could do with a mattress topper on it.

Summary: Such welcoming and kind hosts, home ideally located for the airport.

Positive: We spent almost 14 days in Thailand, and on our last day, we decided to move closer to the airport. We chose Case Gris for our final night—and what a wonderful choice it was! It’s a beautiful two-bedroom apartment complete with a kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Everything was spotless—neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Even the TV came preloaded with Netflix, which was a nice touch. What made the experience truly special was the warm hospitality of Mr. Justin. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. We were greeted with delicious homemade cookies, and upon departure, we were even gifted a lovely souvenir. It truly felt like a home away from home. A perfect ending to our Thailand trip!

Positive: Great location near the airport, very close to the 7/11 store. The house area was significantly larger than we expected, the interior is very comfortable with new furniture, there are all the necessary little things for everyday life. The house manager was a very friendly and helpful person, always on call and solving any of our questions. We will be happy to come back here again on our next trip.

Positive: It had all the facilities you could ever ask for. Quite relaxing, comfortable. We were greeted by the Villa Manger Justin who had a warm friendly smile and showed us around. Khun, the villa owner came later with home made cookies for each of us, she is such a darling. If we needed anything she and Justin were just a phone call away. Loved the pool area although we didn’t get to use it, us being busy on the road doing tours 😀. No one is ever there, so it’s like your own private pool. The villa is 3 minutes walk from 7-11 which made it convenient to get supplies. On leaving they both came to send us off bearing gifts of beautiful scented candles and we got cookies again the day before, which came in as a treat for us on the plane 😀.They also helped with taking us to the airport, as we were having issues getting a car to hold all our stuff. Khun and Justin to me is now family, my family in Phuket Thailand 🇹🇭. I 100% recommend their villa. Thanks my luvs for such a warm welcoming stay, will definitely come back if we should visit Thailand again!!
