Summary: I really liked this hotel and would stay again. Large room, good gym equipment and breakfast is excellent. Not too far from Irpavi teleférico.

Summary: We stayed in a 2-bedroom family room. The room is well appointed and clean. It's located on a busy intersection, noisy and have to be careful crossing the street. The staff seem to be nice but very few of them speak English, most of the front desk staff didn't understand our requests or answer any questions. Breakfast was very good. Overall, it would be good if the service level of the staff is upgraded.
