Positive: Multiple rooms! 10 persons could fit easily! Separate room/space to play for the kids with toys! Great furnishing! High Chair for kids was provided! Host was very helpful! Close to city center and to the Medicine Faculty! Nearby supermarkets and access to public transportation.

Negative: Multiple floors that You need to carry the luggage and need to pay attention of small kids on the stairs! One of the rooms didnt had heating system but we left the door open so it wasnt cold!

Summary: Great location, prime option for big families + friends!

Negative: It’s absolutely a perfect house but a terrace / balcony would make it even more perfect as the weather was amazing there The table in another living room is not necessary and just takes up space

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! The property owner had waters, crackers, and coffee ready for us, which was a very welcoming gesture. It was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. It's close to downtown, the historical fortress, the local zoological garden, and many other attractions, as well as open farm markets, numerous stores, and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The house, with its multiple rooms and bathrooms, was perfect for our family.

Negative: The only suggestion I have is regarding the entrance—it wasn't very clear where to go, so clearer signage would be helpful, especially since it closely resembles the neighbors' entrance. Additionally, parking can be quite busy in the mornings and evenings. The TV room is combined with the dining room, making it less spacious for watching a movie with the family. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place!
