Positive: beautiful maisonette apartment in a house with a swimming pool. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. - washing machine - dishwasher - freezer - store nearby - always available parking at the house - good as a base for trips around the area or if you use bikes (but not if you want to go out on the town in the evening)

Negative: location of the apartment - everything is far away - center, restaurant, beach. The only thing nearby is Spar. If you want to go to the beach during the day and downtown in the evening, for dinner or for a walk, this is not a good location. You can still get to the beach by public transport, but it only runs until 8PM. Hot water stopped running during the stay, heater failure. It was also very unpleasant considering how the beach service works in Grado (at a price of €50 for 4 people, I would have expected at least the possibility to take a shower included in the price. Shower /sometimes even cold ones/ are paid separately and shower gel cannot be used). The water heater fault was not fixed during the stay. Solved with the owner with a discount for the stay.
