Positive: Wonderful owner and the hotel is really neat. It is a very nice place to stay and the communication and help by the host is excellent.

Negative: The place is quite far from Santiago. It's really good to stay a night is you have an early flight but if you plan to visit Santiago and you were thinking of using public transport, it is not a good idea. However, the host provided the phone number for a local taxi company that works really well and it is not expensive at all. It was excellent.

Summary: Wonderful for reaching the airport. Not too bad to a short visit to Santiago too.

Positive: Was out of the Way no one to meet or greet .. Which is fine but didn’t have internet so had no idea how get in Could sent these well in advance . .. Was a very narrow winding stair case steep .. Loud with people coming & going .. Hard get Uber in morning between 5am& 6am .. No Towels .. Kitchen but no Tea or Coffee Supplied .. Very very Basic ..

Positive: This house was perfect! We needed a place to rest before a long flight at midnight and this worked out fine. The staff greeted us warmly and got us settled. Jaqueline met us later in the day and was lovely.

Negative: I can’t think of anything I did not like
