Positive: Casa Foscolo is located a minute away from the Tünel and the metro station, so provides incredibly easy access to all other areas of Istanbul, especially Sultanahmet (where Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi are). Immediate area is trendy, upscale, and feels very safe - lots of boutiques and great restaurants just steps away.

Negative: I only wish they had more hot food options available after breakfast. I didn't purchase breakfast with my reservation, but the same breakfast is available à la carte for a very modest price and was excellent. I would have eaten more at the hotel if they had the option!

Summary: Beautiful new hotel in possibly the best location in Istanbul

Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect – the rooms, the design, the location, the service, and the food. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and made my stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Mr. Mustafa Yusuf Kaya, who went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. His dedication and hospitality truly made a difference.

Positive: What an amazing hotel! Probably one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. Wonderfully located in the centre of Istanbul but far enough away from the main tourist attractions (but still within walking distance). Discrete and understated in terms of external appearance but a wonderfully welcoming lobby and interior. Amazing staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. The room itself was perfect. Superbly comfy beds and linen with a juliet balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of the street below. The small kitchen / seating area off the main bedroom was a real bonus and extremely well equipped with a small induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave and plenty of storage. I didn't use the kitchen facilities but the option of having it there was great. The ensuite was excellent and spacious with a large shower and lovely bath products. The aircon was excellent - one of the best I have come across in a hotel. The other fittings felt of excellent quality and the whole place a sense of understated quality and the use of space was well designed. The rooftop terrace with bar had a relaxed vibe to it affording incredible views across Istanbul and the Bosphorus. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. Amazing.
