Positive: Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with my mum and our room was very clean, beds really comfortable and it was really impressive. Its clear a lot of care and attention has been put into the hotel, from the Italian style decor to the delicious fresh breakfast, to even having a Dyson hairdryer in the room. Hilal at reception was very lovely.

Positive: Such a stunning hotel! Everything feels so well cared for, from the stylish spaces to the relaxing pool area. The reception team and staff made me feel truly welcome, always attentive and kind, and they gave me excellent local recommendations. Breakfast is an experience in itself and absolutely not to be missed. In retrospect, I think it would have been worth investing in a higher room category to make the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Negative: If I had to point out one thing, it would be dinner at the hotel restaurant. The service felt a little uncoordinated and the pricing didn't quite match the experience. Perhaps that was just my night or experience there...but with so many fine dining options in the city, I'd probably skip next time - though I'd absolutely still recommend the hotel overall, especially for its breakfast (for which the restaurant team is perfectly on point) and the helpful staff.
