Positive: Spacious, comfortable 3 bedroom semi detached house in Seville suburbs with allocated parking (number 114 is the allocated space and is about 100m from the house), it would be a good idea to explain this in the arrival instructions as the parking spaces are numbered but randomly. Close to bus routes 22 and 27 that both go to the city centre in around 30 mins).

Negative: Entry is chaotic. The house is situated inside a gated community and access by car or on foot requires an entry badge. The owner didn't meet us but sent a 10 second video showing a key lock attached to a boundary fence hidden in the bushes. Once found (not easy because the boundary fence is hundreds of metres long) you enter a code and finally get the keys and badge to enter the gates. Apart from meeting guests personally at the gate I don't know what other solution there is, but this was not a great start to our stay. Surely some people just can't find the key lock? Great house but the owner needs to find a solution to this entry problem.

Positive: Beautiful house, very modern, good position a lot of shops and cafes nearby. It is very well equipped with everything you might need.

Negative: In need for maintenance, to fix the toilet desks and similar. The sink and the bathtub haven't been perfectly clean otherwise it was cleaned well.

Positive: Very safe and quiet location within a private neighborhood. Home was well prepared and contained everything you could need for your stay.

Negative: Ac in master was quite noisy, bathroom hand basin was in need of repair, we could not get warm water through the taps in showers. However generally the house was excellent.

Summary: Perfect home for family vacation.
