Positive: Location was good, close to the metro station and local buses. Also a shopping centre nearby and lots of restaurants.

Negative: Would have been nice to have some cleaning wipes or a spray to keep the kitchen surfaces and bathroom sink clean after use. Everything else was great!

Positive: We had a pleasant stay at this appartment. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Its location is excellent — just a short walk from a metro station and close to shops, making it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing everyday necessities. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She provided us with lots of helpful information about both the apartment and the surrounding area, which really enhanced our experience. One thing to be aware of is that, since the apartment is on the ground floor, it doesn’t get much natural airflow. The only way to ventilate the space is by keeping a window open most of the time. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, it’s something future guests might want to consider. Overall, it's a cozy and practical place to stay with a great host and a very convenient location. We are looking forward to comeback.

Positive: The owner of the accommodation met us at midnight after the flight. Close to the accommodation are a lot of shops and shopping mol with a lot of good restaurants. The location is perfect, the metro is close to the apartment, and you can go to any part of the city.

Positive: Nice and quiet place. Pilar (owner) is very communicative and sent me a lot of usefull information about public transport and main attractions in Barcelona. Apartement itself is well equipted and provides enough space for three or maybe four people.

Negative: Folding couch is not so comfortable and when is fully folded, there is not enough space due to table. Maybe during hot summer the lack of A/C. There are only ceiling fans. But in sempteber it was just fine with the fans.

Positive: I didn't read the welcome email properly (it was much longer than I expected, so hint to all - read till the end, even though it's long) as the host was actually next door waiting to let us in. This was great as my SIM stopped working in Spain. The host responds quickly to all messages/calls and is eager to help you, if you need help. I found the bed super comfortable and the little items left in the kitchen made it very convenient to have coffee/breakfast in the morning. The host left olive oil, salt, sugar (not everyone does that!). The shower pressure was excellent, and hot water great.

Negative: There was a sewerage smell at the property and around the suburb. There's not guaranteed "free parking" at this property. Once you've booked, you are told it's 5 minutes away, when it's actually 10-12 minute walk. Then, luckily we checked out when we did, as the Police were closing that parking area! After telling the host, she seems to think that the Police were only doing that for a day, but leaving this here as a warning to those who arrive by car - don't just trust what people tell you. You'd be responsible if your car was towed away, not the host! And if the parking is closed the day you arrive, where are you going to park? The tourist tax is payable to the host so have coins ready.
