Summary: Such a warm welcome from Dailen and Santiago. So helpful and accommodating. Breakfast a treat on the rooftop. The pool a welcome relief after a hot day walking around the local area.

Summary: We had just a one night stay but great place with a very welcoming host family. Clean and comfortable room with a nice roof garden to relax on. Also provided a very reasonably priced lift to the bus station early the next day. Good location, walking distance to most of the main sights in central / old town Havana

Summary: The place is 2 blocks from the main street , it is near everything, they also have a little shop open all day and night for snacks ,food and dri ks ,rooms are clean roof area is nice with a little pool ,sunny area to relax and drink or eat in peace ,i enjoyed myself and felt safe ,welcomed and cared for

Summary: The host was very nice, the breakfast was good, the pool is really refreshing! They got a generator so we didnt have any probleme with electricity wich is a The all family was really kind and smiling, we really enjoyed our stay in casa factoria! Thank you so much

Summary: The location is great and safe, the room is just right for 2 people and the owners are all very friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was the best in Cuba and I definitely recommend it. The pool is also amazing! Thank you for all tbe recommendations and the delicious breakfasts!

Summary: Our stay at Casa Factoria was great in every way. The hosts were so helpful and attentive - they organised a day trip to Vinales and onward transport out of Havana for us. We took the classic car tour in Santiago’s pink car and it was so much fun. The pool on the roof is a nice touch.
