Positive: The staff is super friendly, very helpful, they gave me very good tips on how to visit Tairona and also the nightlife scene. I had the opportunity to join the staff as they were adding some items to the food menu, and they were kind enough to invite me to sample the new dishes. By the way the breakfasts are amazing!

Positive: The property is beautifully built right in front of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views of the tropical mountains or the beach. Breakfast was delicious freshly made by Mari and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Jose, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating! He helped us booking had great massages, at any time of the day. I would definitely recommend a stay here

Negative: The walk to the house is long from the parking and there is no walkway. Usually not a problem unless you have heavy luggage. The shower only has cold water, which is great for the temperature but was hard for showering my two year old at night.

Positive: A wonderful beachfront experience! We stayed in the 3rd floor suite and we're greeted with ocean breezes and beautiful views. The room was comfortable but it's helpful to know that it's a little closer to "glamping" than a typical hotel room. The walls are not sealed and there's a large open air window in the bathroom so you're living with nature - many geckos in particular, which we enjoyed. There's no hot water (or even a nob) but a cold shower is welcomed in the heat. The location is stunning but you need to be prepared to carry your suitcase about 5 minutes down the beach in the sand or have cash on hand to pay a friendly local to do it for you. I highly recommend if you're looking for something on the beach and off the grid.
