Positive: This was our second visit to the villa and again our experience was great. The vila has two main bedrooms and a smaller one on the upper floor, very well equipped kitchen, we came with kids so we cooked a lot. Location wise, it is a 3 minute car ride from the beaches, it is situated in the upper part of the village. There are nice beaches with clear water nearby, most probably the best ones in the area as people from Alexandroupoli also come there. The host Thanos is a great guy, very friendly and taking great care of his guests. He puts the effort to maintian the villa, it was spotless clean when we arrived, he had also improved on the interior since our previous stay.

Summary: Our second time at the villa. Great experience.

Positive: Excellent house and excellent host! Mr. Thanos - like the old school friend that you enjoyed meeting years ago... Mr. Thanos was there every step of the way to help out either via Viber or in person! The house is as if nobody lived there everything looks brand new - yet it has everything that you may need. Even spare batteries are included for all the remotes in the house - just in case! We have been all over Europe and have seen many houses - from Sicily to France from Germany to Cyprus and this is right there at the top! Bravo Mr. Thanos - keep up the great house and the great work you do. Thank you very much for the lovely stay! We shall be back soon.

Negative: The pillows could have been softer and shallower - mentioned and duly noted by Mr. Thanos - I am sure there will be additional pillows for the next quests.

Summary: Remember that great childhood friend that you could always rely on! Well he is back...

Positive: Comfortable vacation house, well equipped kitchen, clean comfortable beds, pleasant yard. The owner was very helpful. The place can accommodate up to 7 people easily. The location is quiet, the beach is 6-7 min by walking. The nearest village Dikella is reachable by car.

Negative: The bathtub might be challenging for elderly persons.

Positive: the house looks much better than in the pictures. there garden is big with olives trees and it's so quiet. the beach is close and quiet also. there are restaurants nearby with really good food, especially for the ones who love sea food. the owner is really nice and it's always there to help you or answer to your question. perfect place for family holidays.

Positive: Thanos is a great host!!! The communication was on a highest level - responded each and every time quickly + another bonus is that he speaks Bulgarian😉 The house is very clean, spacious and with a very well equipped kitchen! We feel like at home! The yard is a huge one offering enough place for our kids to play. The nearest beach with a nice beach bar is easy reachable just walking (our kids 6 and 3 haven't never complained). We really enjoyed our stay there and relaxed! We definitely will come back☺️
