Positive: Perfect location right at the end of the waterfront and very close to shops. Stunning outlook of the seafront and the city as it sprawls up the hill. The host and his staff were very helpful. We received a welcome gift. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

Negative: Not the fault of the apartment but I was woken up early in the morning (3am) most days by revellers singing, laughing on street and the occasional scooter being started up. I am a light sleeper. Our bed was a little too soft for us.

Positive: Hosts were very friendly and gave useful tips for getting around the island, which beaches to visit, where to eat etc. Room is extremely spacious for 3 people, there was also one extra bed. Location is amazing by the sea (our room had even a sea view) and close to all the main attractions in Ermoupoli. Another plus is that cleaning service was provided everyday.

Negative: Bathroom could use some renovation as there is not enough storage space (cupboards, shelves etc.). Sink is also very small and you can barely place a cup with your toothbrushes. Shower curtain is not very convenient as inevitably water spreads in the room while showering. It can get sometimes noisy from people talking in the corridors.

Summary: Would definitely recommend this place.

Positive: Lovely room in a perfect central location and a stunning view of the harbour! Double glazing windows meant the room was very quiet. Our host, Kostas, was very welcoming and gave us detailed suggestions for trips around the island. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Positive: The location is excellent. The marina with plenty of restaurants and shopping and history on the marina side. A beautiful clean swimming spot on the Aegean sea side. The owners, Kosta and Dodo, were very friendly and helpful. Some reviews say the shower is small. It is, but the water regulator and pressure were great so it's not a problem. Thanks Kosta and Dodo.
